Job Responsibilities:


In supporting the team you will be contributing to the overall goals of brand awareness, brand engagement and lead generation through managing project and campaign deliverables from inception to agreed timeframes and budgets.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Assist the team in facilitating Marketing plans for new and existing projects.
  • Coordinate media plans across print, digital, and signage

Content and social media

  • Monitor and maintain social media platforms and develop content for projects
  • Develop and update project websites and prepare content

Sales support

  • Maintain a two-way dialogue with the sales team for feedback/input/training
  • Create tools of trade
  • Brief the sales team on new projects/timings


  • Develop project email campaigns
  • Managing the website, social media pages and marketing campaigns for projects
  • Upload new online listings and update and manage existing listings / content
  • Assist with budgets, project reporting and invoicing
  • Assist with launch events and PR

Other Duties:

  • Liaise with vendors, designers, external suppliers and procure quotes
  • Office Administration
  • Other marketing duties as required

Our Ideal Candidate:


We’re looking for a commercially minded person who understands projects, technology, processes and online marketing. Someone who is an innovative, creative and analytic.

An expert understanding of the English language, including written and verbal skills is a must.


You will ideally hold a bachelors degree in Marketing, you may come from client side or agency background. Additional qualifications in Copywriting, Media/Advertising, Design or Business disciplines are a bonus . Any social media accreditation, Google analytics/ad words accreditation or specific industry accreditation are favourable.

  • 2-3 years previous experience in Property or Real Estate Marketing ideally in the developer/project marketing space
  • Ability to create long and short form content
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (including Drive), MS Office suite particularly Excel, Project and Outlook
  • Marketing automation experience (across a range of software such as Pardot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc)
  • Social media experience across Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and so on

You will be self-motivated, confident and energetic, possessing excellent time management and attention to details, with stellar communication skills

You will have the ability to operate effectively in a team environment, take on responsibilities and to work independently as required, multi-task and prioritize, deliver creative and innovative thought
